I Think Our Team (Elsie, Penny, Anna & Emma) Did Really
Well We Worked Well Together But We Got A Bit Stressed
Out With The Filming We Were Having Teacnical Difficulties
But We Got There And It Was Fun Creating A Movie Together
But We Still Need To Do A Bit More Editing.

Next Steps:
Maybe Next Time We Could Be A Bit More Organised
Because We Went To Go Get Started With Filming And We

I think my essay was well written but it was a bit un-polished and it could use a bit more work because it was a bit repetative like it had quite a lot of the same sentence starters so it was good but it can use a bit more work so i'll do a bit more work on that

The full time whistle blows and this is a shocker, the All Blacks have lost the quarter final game against France and they are out of the world cup.

Dear New Zealand Rugby Federation,
I’m Elsie & I am writing to you to give my opinion about the All Blacks Coaches getting fired. One man bet 5.8 Million on the All Blacks winning the game and part of that is probably because they know the coaches have amazing skill. I think it’s bizarre that after one game they get fired. I mean I know it’s the world cup but still it’s a couple of jobs gone. I bet the coaches are devastated that they have now lost their jobs as rugby coaches to one of the best New Zealand Teams.

The All Blacks have come this far in the world cup with the same coaches every game. In four years time we might not have all the players that we do now and we most definitely won’t have the same coaches next year for example Graham Henry has been a coach for at least one year and a great one at that.

Since France won the quarter-final everyone has been suspicious that the Ref wasn’t being as fair as he could have. Some people are even saying that he was the reason that the All Blacks lost and have evened rumoured that he was only 24 even if he wasn’t he still was being un-fair.

-Have trained them well to come this far.

Feedback on Term 3 Speech - Bad Habits

3.18 Great intro using example of someone's reaction which grabbed our attention. Clear voice. Gave lots of examples of bad habits. Great eye contact. Summary gave an overview of speech.

Next Steps:
Using gestures more. Possibly slow down a little.

Speech Reflection

On the 10th of september I presented my spech on bad habits to Rm 14.
I think I presented it in a loud lear voice and everyone was laughing and
gasping at the facts so the class liked it but I thought that I didn't really use
my normal voice because i was so nearvous I was only the 2nd person in
the whole class and they students in the class voted my score 24 out of 25.
So I think I did an ok job on my speech but next time I would like to
practise a bit more so I'm not as nearvous.

Firstclass-Reflection

I think that some of us are using them really well for booking and
school projects but then others are using them for instant
messaging all the time and are not using them for the right reasons.
But what some people don't know is that the teachers get all the e-mails
but people are just doing e-mails like hi and they send it to everyone!

I Think My Student led conference went rather well
because my parents were amused throughout the
whole thing and they were asking lots of useful questions
and they were very interested in everything I was saying.
They especially enjoyed the visual Thesaurus and mum
would like to us it more often at home.

I am Elsie from Fendalton Open Air Primary School
And I read the busker and I really think you need a reality check you’re not the queen of England if you were you wouldn’t be here.
You are going to miss out on a great boy and you won’t realise because you didn’t give him a chance.
You only care about going out in taxis and getting manicures.

You should start treating people the way you want to be treated because at this point I agree with the boy in the story go jump in a lake. Maybe next time you should talk to him first because you might actually like them and if they can’t afford to take you out in taxi’s then that’s your loss!!!!

I have a question for you about the book. Why do you only choose to go out with boys who can talk you out in taxis it’s only the way you get there how can you tell if you like him by the way he takes you out.
So take my advice go out with the boy but only if you have talked to him and you’re sure you like him.

Writing-My Cinderella Retell

Cinderella

NOOOOOOOOO, not another one! Oh, hello there, you’re probably wondering why I’m so sad. My Step mother who treated me like I wasn’t a brat just passed away. But there is a bright side to all this because she didn’t have a will written up and since I’m the oldest I’m in charge of my step sisters. Don’t worry, I’m now going to tell you the whole story, but before we go any further, my name is Cinderella. I have blue eyes, blonde hair and of course I’m very beautiful. My father just got married and we live in a big cottage in a huge village.

“May he rest in peace,” said the funeral director.
“Cinderella,” called my stepmother.
“I’ll be there when I want,” I replied.
“Cinderella,” repeated my stepmother in a direct voice.
“WWHHAATT,” I screamed.
“Could you help me make the beds?” asked my stepmother
“Are you joking? Why would I do that for you? You’re not my mother “ I screamed. I slammed the bedroom door in my step mother’s face.

You see isn’t she just the best, well you can’t really see yet anyway carrying on.

“Cinderella you need to start pulling your weight around here” my stepmother said.
“NO”! I replied
“DO IT FOR YOUR FATHER” yelled my stepmother.
“Sorry it’s going to be different around here you know because my dad’s not here” I cried.
“I know but you need to be strong” said my stepmother.
“ok but I’m still not helping you make the beds bye now” I said.
“ It’s a start I guess,” my stepmother commented.

The next morning we all went to the shops to get some dresses for the annual ball on Saturday. Everyone who’s anyone was there it was lovely, balloons, cake and Ice Sculptures. Everything was beautiful, everything except for the queen. She envied my step mother very much, just because she got married to my father first. The Queen insisted on him marrying her she fancied him a lot but I wasn’t going to let that bother me because this was the night of the year and wasn’t going to let some lady ruin it.” “Everyone glanced at the door when the prince walked in. His father had decided that his
son had to choose someone he wanted to spend the rest of his life with and he would do so tonight. ”

“The dress was all he had left to remember me by but he didn’t just remember oh no it’s not some story that finishes with the boy wondering what it would have been like if he had looked for her and would sob and sob and it would show him staring out the window with the rain pouring down and he pucks up the courage to go and see her and he comes in dripping wet to tell her he loves her no oh no he took it to the next level James searched the entire kingdom.” “Surprisingly it turned out I’m the skinniest in the kingdom you no I work out but anyway it didn’t fit anyone he searched for hours and hours then he arrived at my huge house and my step sisters tried it on even my step mother tried it on but of course it didn’t fit.” “Then it was my turn I came out in a lovely white ball gown perfectly fitting it was the one I had lost the night of the ball he had found me.” “We had gone out together a lot of times now and we knew each other like salt knows pepper we were like two peas in a pod but one night when James was walking me in we stood there in shock my sweetheart step mother was lying on the floor cold and pale we were terrified we knew what had happened and we knew who had done it to she had been poisoned and the queen had done it she was still holding a grudge about my father and now she’s sad that we are taking away her son.”
